Trichromatic Photography
Trichromatic photography involves taking three separate black and white photographs, each using a red, green, or blue filter. The three images are then composited to create a single color image. This technique was how color photographs were made before the invention of color film. Instead of using this flawed and tedious method to accurately represent what our eyes see, I use the technique to play with the passage of time and the movement through space.
